LSN Lab builds the software we wished existed — focused tools that didn't exist but should have. Every product starts from a real problem worth solving, not a market to chase.
We care about whether a product actually changes something for the person using it: real progress, not streaks, badges, or busywork. If it doesn't genuinely help, we don't ship it.
That belief shapes how we price, too. The core of what we build is free and useful on its own — paid plans unlock more, but you should never have to pay to get real value. Helping someone speak a new language, or finally reach a goal, matters more than charging for the basics.

I've been writing software since the early 1990s and working in the industry since 1999 — from a Spectrum and assembler at the start to the languages I build with today, like TypeScript, Rust, and Clojure.
Over that time I've built large, serious systems — national healthcare and government platforms, banking applications, high-throughput messaging — and shipped a few games along the way. I built my first analytics system with early AI back around 2010, before it was fashionable, and I've worked every role from analyst to CTO.
Today I design, build, and run LSN Lab's products myself, from the first idea to the shipped software. I moved to Poland in 2021 and founded the studio in 2022. After more than 25 years, what I care about most is building things that are honestly useful — software people keep because it helps.
